If you are not completely satisfied with your parrotghost t-shirt(s) you may return your purchased item(s) for a full refund minus the cost of shipping.
If your t-shirt arrived damaged or is not what you ordered your shipping costs will be reimbursed in full.
Items must be returned to us within 7 days (14 days international) of receipt and must be in their original condition otherwise no refund can be given.
The t-shirts are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection it is highly recommend that you return your purchase(s) using a recorded and insured mail service.
We do not reimburse any additional shipping cost you may incur when returning or exchanging item(s) unless the reason for return is a fault on our part.
Refunds will only be made to the credit or debit card on which the purchase was made.
